Privacy policy

Who we are

FSS Inflatable Parties is part of First Steps Soccer, a family-run football coaching business. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and email address, the type of event, the area, your preferred date, whether you need a venue, roughly how many children, any message, and for birthday parties the child's first name and age if you choose to give them.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your party or event and keep you updated about it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it's kept and for how long

Enquiries are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase, UK/EU data centre) and can only be seen by us when logged in. We delete enquiries we no longer need, and in any case keep them no longer than 24 months after your party or last contact.

Cookies

Optional cookies are only switched on if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are useful; it sets cookies starting with _ga. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again, and a small essential cookie is used only when our team logs in to the admin area. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email fssinflatableparties@hotmail.com or text 07468 435243. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
