This is how it works

You contact us with where you live and some dates that might work for your party.

We search for suitable venues in your area and check availability on the dates you're interested in.

We get back to you with some possible options.

If one of the options suits you, we go ahead and book and pay the venue on your behalf, generally within 24–48 hours.

You reimburse us the hire fee (typically £80–£100) to confirm your party booking with us.

Our party fee of £220 is separate, and can be paid any time up until the day before the event.
Some customers like to pay in instalments, and we're absolutely fine with this.
If you have to cancel at any time before the party, your payment to us is 100% refundable.
Your dedicated point of contact (usually Mark) is available by text throughout the party planning, right up to the big day, and will answer any questions within 24 hours.

Real-life example

9 September
You contact us to say you live in Hanham and are interested in a party on a Saturday in early December.
Then
We check venue availability near you on the dates you've given us.
10 September
We get back to you to say Hanham Woods Academy is available on 5 December, 2–4pm.
Within 24–48 hours
You confirm this works for you, and we book and pay the venue.
12 September
You reimburse us the £70 hire fee to confirm your party booking with us.
Your choice
You'd like to pay our £220 party fee in two instalments, so you choose the dates that suit you best: £110 on 4 November and £110 on 4 December.
Each payment
When you make a payment, you let us know by text so we can confirm we've received it.
